Excelerus training courses and training materials are the property of Excelerus Management Consulting Inc. or licensed to Excelerus for training delivery purposes. Any recording, copying, and reproduction is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations 4 weeks or more prior to program date: Full refund will be issued minus an admin and processing fee of $100, or credit for full course fees
- Cancellations 2 to 4 weeks prior to program date: Credit for full course fees will be issued
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to program date: Participant forfeits all fees, we allow transfer of fees to another participant
Excelerus reserves the right to reschedule and change the location of any training session with one week notice to registered participants
- In the event of a rescheduled session, all registered participants will be offered the option of a full refund
- In the event of a rescheduled session, registered participants will also have the option to choose a different course or session date, difference in price will be charged or refunded
- In the event of a relocated session, participants will be offered the option of a refund only if the new location is more than 10 kilometers away from original location. In this case registered participants will also have the option of choosing a different course or session date, difference in price will be charged or refunded
Excelerus will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of its customers. Customers are asked to communicate any special needs they may have at time of registration for accommodation
- Excelerus may not be able to accommodate all types of special needs; the customer will be contacted and informed in this case. Full refunds will be issued if Excelerus is unable to accommodate a customer need that was expressed at time of registration
- Excelerus cannot accommodate special needs if not indicated at time of registration
- When complementary food is offered, Excelerus will try to accommodate general categories, any special requests will be considered and the requestor will be informed if Excelerus can accommodate them
- Excelerus will not be able to accommodate any food allergies. The risk to our customers and our reputation is too high
- Full or partial refunds will not be issued for food related issues. Food is offered as a complementary convenience and is not part of the services sold by Excelerus
It is the responsibility of the participant to prepare for and pass the certification exam. Excelerus offers no refunds or guarantees that participants will pass the exam
Excelerus will offer participation certificates to participants. Certification exams are included in the price of the course and are not refundable even if the participant is not interested in certification
Excelerus may record or photograph parts or all of its sessions for marketing, promotional, and quality purposes. Participants may appear in some of the material. If a participant is not willing to appear in any form of material, we ask that you mention this at time of registration. Any recording or photography activities will be announced and all participants in the session will be made aware of the activity
